After booking reservations months in advance at the Biltmore in Asheville and Hurricane Helene's harsh arrival there, we chose Raleigh. We ended up at the AC Hotel and LOVED it. The front desk was so kind and welcomed us. We had a fabulous drink at Le7el (the staycation). The front desk recommended Stir for dinner - also a winner! Love the modern, sleek room! Side note: they have little sachets of lavender by the elevator at night for sleep!

Great location, and good amenities. Staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and very modern and the bar was very nice as well. The gym was also very nice.

The service was awesome! The valet personnel were excellent particularly the young man who is a student athlete at St. Augustine University. He was professional and represented AC Hotel very well. He went the extra mile to be courteous. Great personality! He should be in management because he had an outstanding disposition!!! The front desk employees also provided courteous service!!

I enjoyed the hotel very much! It was clean, modern, GREAT location for the weekend, LOVED the shower and the rooftop area. Overall I would definitely go back to stay since the location was perfect for what I wanted!

i loved how convenient it was to walk to food, bars, Harris Teeter etc. it got busy so if you prefer quite kept surroundings I would say stay down at Hyatt since its a little further from the bars. being that the Level 7 bar is located in this hotel, the elevators were key activated except floor 7. there will be drunk ppl on the elevator so be aware but it didn’t bother me everyone was well kept and under control

I left a note at booking that it was our anniversary - they left us a sweet bundle of snacks and wine!! The bed was so comfortable, check in was smooth and flawless, and overall a fantastic night away.

This was my 2nd time booking here and i can truly say they made Me and My Husband feel welcome for our Honeymoon the staff Cindy in which I met upon arrival was very friendly and Taylor aka Tay that works at level 7 too Kennedy that works at front desk. The hotel and the location is great. Very clean always smells good. Just over all will definitely not be my last time.

Level7 bar was beautiful. Service was great. Rooms were comfortable. Location near restaurants was outstanding. We walked each night to great choices of bars and restaurants. Service was outstanding on our valet parking. Our car was ready the morning we were leaving. I highly recommend for a getaway weekend.

Quick trip to meet up with a friend. The location was perfect! Totally exceeded our expectations. Walked to shopping and restaurants. Loved the 7th floor bar and the fact that only hotel guests had access. Your afternoon and morning front desk attendants were very personable, helpful and nice. Very refreshing!
